Hey @DeltaNewsHub so much for #flyfriendlyskies. Ran to gate for flight 20 min before departure and berated by staff at D11 for DL0455 ATL to DCA. All in line told we “were late” and must check carryon bags. On plane - STILL room in overheads! LOTS. And no apology. Seriously.

1/ Peer review is in trouble! So much of the knowledge we produce & share rests on the idea that our work goes through a rigorous review by experts. After serving as an editor-in-chief for 5 yrs. & an associate editor for 3 yrs., I'm worried that our system is in trouble:

On June 27, a bald eaglet (ND17) fell out of the nest at @NDLEEF. ND17 was brought to Humane Indiana Wildlife for an eval where it was determined that the eaglet was dehydrated & malnourished. After 21 days, ND17 was released at ND-LEEF. Watch its first flight in the wild! 🦅

Yep. My Procard used for #JASM registration cancelled on Friday after 3 fraudulent charges at JCPenney. Thanks ND and ChaseBank for catching. But how about some sort of acknowledgment from #JASM and a warning to those (thousands?) of folks who early registered? #commoncourtesy
Hey JASM attendees - check your credit card statements! Both my Pcard and personal card had suspicious charges after registering… and I’m not the only one this happened to. @BenthosNews
