The concludes public comment! The Clerk went through communications, and now they are moving to two presentations from CM Conwell. Conwell is recognizing Clevelander Angela Davis who received an award from the President of the US for her work in the city.

Next is Austreeia Everson to talk about "John's Law" which would address challenges seen in juvenile courts. The law would include:.- mandatory co-parenting trainings .- family support coaches for children going through the system.- specialized dockets for kids w/ special needs.
