your ed will tell you that you're binging, you eat too much, you're unhealthy, but that's bullshit. you are doing everything right by eating A LOT in recovery. you have the right to gorge on food, you have the right to only eat ,,unhealthy” foods. that is normal!

whenever you feel guilty after eating, remember that your body thinks you did the best thing in the world. it is so grateful for every calorie you give it. also, your body never judge the food that you eat. these thoughts are your sick brain and you should not listen to them

the most important rule in recovery is to never ever ever skip meals!! i don’t care how much you ate, you have to eat your next snack or meal. don’t listen your disorder, don’t try to save calories, don't try to compensate. eat

the hardest thing in recovery is dealing with what your body looks like. I never judge other people, I believe that every body is beautiful, but when it comes to me... I cannot accept the fact that I am no longer skinny. and dealing with growing out of clothes is so hard +

your body needs so many calories in recovery. not only does it have to keep you alive every day, but it also has to repair your organs, hair, and skin, even in how many places it need to store fat again! it's a lot of work, so remember, there's not too much food in recovery!

it is so important to eat past fullness in recovery! this way you show your body that food is available and there is plenty of it. this is the only way to make your body trust you again. and also that is completely normal, eating just because something tastes good is normal <3
