Agreed but also someone with an understanding of risk management and operational excellence. Scaling @opendoor back up too quickly is the #1 way the company goes under. #2 is not scaling up quickly enough. Weāre gonna need the best.
@sol_flex69 @ericjackson @rabois I'm playing the CEO pick. If they pick an innovator with startup and ML DNA, I'll buy up. If they go for some big techie who's never built a 0-1 business, or worse, someone from bulge bank finance or real estate, I'll look for an exit point.

Read through @carriecwheeler's blog post again. Wanted to see if there were any nuggets / tells (despite a lot of it being rehashed from earnings). Two main takeaways:. 1) "When the market recovers, Opendoor will capture the pent-up demand to move with a stronger, more efficient.

Everyoneās talking $OPEN so wanted to share my thoughts from being an early PM there. Early Opendoor employees are the hardest working people I know. Every VC should invest in them. Every founder should hire from them. Thereās no person that can outwork an early Opendoor.
