Alright perhaps there is some variance between runs that makes this hard to say but just clocked a 100 and. and 81. I restarted the pagespeed insights page and did it over again. It's probably my fault!

I have finally emerged from pagespeed insights jail. I would not accept that my mobile perf was 65% since this is a landing page for a google ad. I heard FCP is a major element for ad performance!. I'm using @nextjs on @vercel btw . More info below. Please help me get to 100% 🙏

this smells terrible but it did bump performance quite a bit. I saw some articles and some git issues about how to do something like this correctly but couldn't get them to get them to match 98%!

It appears the css is the main problem but pretty much everything i did broke everything haha . My best solution was to add some "critical css" with a css optimizer (ik it's terrible but I'm trying to learn with claude haha).
