Compiling rosters for the Beast Launch event next week reminded me of one of the most infuriating parts of midget hockey: the laziness of certain coaches who refuse to fill out accurate and complete rosters for their teams. Doing kids and fellow hockey professionals a disservice.

Fun day on the ice and on the bench for the Mass HS Hockey Showcase. A lot of passion and love for the game. Great event to showcase some of the best of the best in Mass high school hockey.

The CHE is always one of the best events around. Glad to see longtime Rat Cam MacPherson getting deserved ink. All he does is produce and play with grit!.

Good watching a bunch of Rats play well in Andover’s 3-2 win over Thayer. Rui Han had 2 goals and Alex Theodore had goal and assist. Robertson-Palmer, Piotrowski and Doyle also on the winning side. Luecke logged big minutes on blue line and Federico around puck a lot for Thayer.

Good to watch three Rats on St. Mark’s yesterday at Belmont Hill Jamboree. Cam MacPherson and Will Manchuso both scored and Phin Howard was strong on the top of the first PP unit.

Good to watch a few River Rats U16 players have success as they began their prep seasons today at St. Paul’s Jamboree. Vinnie D’Urso won his first start and Ethan Travis had 5 points in two games for @TABORPUCK while JT Rothstein led the charge offensively for @tafthockey.
