Actually, @ElonFootball Punter @YurkJeffrey leads FCS football at 48.8 yards per punt; the @CAAFootball stats are correct, but the @NCAA stats are not. They are missing 1 punt from their stats…but you know, same difference I suppose 😇

The problem is that most non-punting world folks believe this award goes to the “best punter” in FBS, when it really does not. We all know the award uses metrics like “Net Punt”, and while this is very much an important metric, it’s a “Team Stat” for a reason…that punter can do
