This had to be the move. Jeffrey Kessler obviously wants a jury of North Carolina residents to see Michael Jordan every day in the courtroom.
23XI, in filing today, says it will designate Michael Jordan as its corporate representative, which means he can be in courtroom for all witness testimony. 23XI argues both Hamlin & Polk should be allowed to as well, that they are essential to presentation of their case.

When we used to work together at NASCAR Scene magazine, we had every Tuesday off because we were a print publication with no website. And every Tuesday, BOB would go down to the courthouse and search through court records. On his day off!
And followed several other lawsuits where I wasn’t at hearings but wrote off filings/audio files. So what I am saying is while legal reporting can be challenging, it is part of covering sports and has been my entire career since my first professional reporting job in 1991. (3/3)

I noticed my X timeline was out of order for some reason and realized they changed some setting over the weekend. There’s now a sneaky little pulldown menu arrow next to the “Following” tab and you have to go in and reset it to “Most Recent” if you want posts in order.
