Exactly, This shit is harder than ever with the transfer portal in full swing and the full time “Recruiters” do not have the same investment into these kids that the coaches have had. Should be a part of every coaches regimen to promote the ones who truly want it!
If you’re a HS coach and you aren’t actively promoting your guys even AFTER your season ends you should be fired I don’t care how great of a teacher you are…they sacrificed their time, minds and bodies for you all season..HELP THEM GET TO COLLEGE..I said what I said
