I am trying to find my happiness and joy in living alone, does get scary being alone with those thoughts. I sepnt so much time living for other people and forming my life for them, I'm trying to learn to live for myself and do what makes me genuinely happy.

I have joined an adult kickball league here and am attempting to make friends, which has always been a struggle for me. I'm actively trying to be more positive and getting back on meds soon. I will be seeing a new psychiatrist at the end of the month.
