Hey @LNER I was due to travel on the 1613 Lumo service which has been cancelled. Was advised to travel on 1630 to Newcastle and change with Lumo staff but 1630 now delayed. Can we travel on 1700 straight through to london Kings Cross or do we still need to change @ Newcastle?
