At the Premiers’ meeting tomorrow, Mark Carney must announce a repeal of the industrial carbon tax, the energy cap, the no-pipelines law and tanker ban and set up Shovel Ready Zones to get things built. Otherwise, this will be just another Liberal PR stunt like the last ten.
