We've also worked in the past initiatives like Plato for inclusion (2000 diverse mentees getting free mentorship) in the past ( and invited several speakers to advocate for DEI as well. We're not perfect though, and there's always more to do!.

Hello @gblock saw your tweet. DEI is indeed a recurring issue in tech and we work towards making engineering more inclusive. While I can't share current stats, I can assure you that we have a diverse set of mentees, although we know we can still do much better.
