The lesson is that it’s perfectly fine to like celebrities and find them entertaining but you should never commit yourself to stanning them and defending their every move because you never know what they think and say when they aren’t on camera.

stop caring about celebs we don’t and never will know and instead hold our actual friends and family accountable. we’ll never be able to have a conversation with the cast about how harmful this rhetoric is but i damn sure can tell my immediate family who agree with them.
