We're making it easier for @GeminiApp to work across Google. Three weeks ago, it was Google's Shopping Graph and the 50 billion product listings there. Today, it's Gemini 🤝 Google Maps!
Starting today, Gemini can serve up local results in a rich, visual format. See photos, ratings, and real-world info from @GoogleMaps, right where you need them.

The Lyria RealTime model is making the purrfect sounds in concert with Gemini. Check it out!
We built an app that turns your camera into a musical instrument. 🎹 Lyria Camera uses Gemini to describe your surroundings while our Lyria RealTime model turns those prompts into a continuously evolving stream of music.

1/8 Pareto Frontier 🤠for Human-centered AI 📈: We all want to build AI that is good for humans, but the path is often paralyzed by complexity. Either “oh my god, it’s too complicated😱” or delusional “I have a warm and fuzzy feeling of understanding 🥴”? "It’s hard because it

This is a great interview with Ben, covering a range of his recent art works, and including the Self Portrait piece we worked together on. Check it out if you are interested in thoughtful and effective use of AI in art!

I can’t unsee this. Someone Asked Nano Banana Pro to show how everyday things are made. The visuals hit harder than any documentary. Here are 10 visuals that explain it perfectly: 1. Pyramids

Today, the Flow team sent me this cool illustration with some of my characters. I feel incredibly lucky and grateful for this opportunity and grateful to tell stories that matter to me and to have the trust of the Google Labs and Flow team. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

With Gemini 3 in Search, you can now create interactive tools and simulations to visualize complex topics. It’s been really great to see the creative ways people are using it for things like seeing how photosynthesis works or how a vinyl record produces sound. Here are some of my

So true 📈 @jasonbaldridge can you spot the Easter egg Nano Banana Pro added?
People aren’t trying hard enough prompts yet. Nano Banana Pro is beyond next level — its Elo should climb as people adjust to what it can do and push all models harder.

Pretty cool. Ariel Noyman at MIT Media Lab adapted my Nano Banana Pro prompts to map "urban informality" -- complex settlements that are notoriously difficult to map manually. "What used to take hours (days) of manual work can now be distilled into minutes, with results that are
Nano Banana Pro is a really good cartographer. Used it to turn low res satellite imagery into a detailed hand drawn map and vector HD map. Pretty wild how well it segments everything and even recovers paths/roads hidden under tree cover. Looks way more detailed than the

One of my favorite Nano Banana Pro tricks 🍌 It is so good with text that you can ask it to draw animation notes right on the image. Then you can send it to VEO 3.1 on Google Flow, ask it to follow the notes and clean them from the first frame. Perfect little workflow.

This is a super cool example. The model can reason visually to help it come up with a final answer. We are just at the very start of multimodal thinking, but the possibilities are exciting!
Thinking (test-time compute) in pixel space... 🍌 Pro tip: always peek at the thoughts if you use AI Studio. Watching the model think in pictures is really fun!
