Not gonna lie: everything that's been happening lately with social media is causing me to rethink my business plans. I've been working on a paid CSS course which I'd hoped to release early next year, but was largely dependent on a huge marketing blitz….

CW youth vote in the U.S.:. It seems to me that one of the biggest takeaways from the mid-terms this year is that young people turned up in droves to vote! This is incredible!. I'm so proud of Gen Z and my fellow Millennials for making a huge difference….

It’s really a shame to see the outrageous handling of #TwitterLayoffs. As seems typical these days, on the spectrum of “smart, compassionate” to “short-sided, assholic”, Elon swung way to the latter. Hey, maybe soon Parag *won’t* be worst Twitter CEO ever anymore! 😂.

Now if you don’t like that and want to create some other structure, sure! Just like people will add RSpec for testing, or ViewComponent. But the default “Rails way” is quite clear, and I get frustrated when people don’t accurately communicate this.

Every time I hear of a discussion of “where do I put my business logic in my Rails app” I wonder why we even need to discuss this. 😅. The answer is right in the Rails readme! Like, right there! In clear and unambiguous terms!.
