exactly and yes not saying it’s hell, but Tuensang roads again really make you wonder if infrastructure even exists here
Why is there no serious work and effort during this dry season? Only waiting for the rain to again cause landslide so that every year citizens have to suffer over and over again? Is this becoming just a contingency recurring income stream at the cost of public inconvenience?
