As I get older… I look back at some of the decisions I’ve made and think, “Yeah, that was a good one.” And then there are others where I wonder, “What the hell were you thinking?” 🤦♀️ I’ve learned to atone 🙏 I’ve also learned to forgive myself for being a bit of an idiot

Very occasionally, because I try not to eat sugar anymore... when I feel a little nostalgic I might buy a biscuit brand that was around in the 70's/80's /90's because it reminds me of a good time of my life or I want to show my kids what we used to 'eat' back in the day.
