Reviewer 2 pointed out that it was "merely a comparative study of different semi-supervised learning methods". True, but that was also the case with the original submission. Why ask for loads of changes only to reject based on structural issues that can't be solved by revision?.

One of my PhD students had his revised manuscript rejected today. I'm feeling frustrated for him since he put in a huge amount of time/effort to address the reviewers' initial concerns. He did what was asked of him, but Reviewer 2 (yes, actually) wasn't satisfied. .

I see a lot of older planted Tree of Heaven (aka ghetto palm) in London. Not sure if it's classified as invasive here, but def has the characteristics that allow it to thrive in cities where other species don't. Have to imagine there are risks to native biodiversity.
