Our Compassion Focus Therapy Three Circle Measure almost done. ⁦@jaminday⁩ has been brilliant on this. User friendly & easy on the eye. Red Circle = Threat, Blue Circle = Drive, Green Circle = Soothing. The bigger the circle the more often you are in it #365daysofcompassion
