Rally for healthcare! In North Bay, 40 frontline healthcare workers have recieved their layoff notice. Why? Because instead of the 4% the Ontario Hopsital Association needs to maintain current levels (which already need to be improved), Doug Ford is giving them 0.7% 🤯

Congratulations to Vale Base Metals on their provincial funding which will go to advance a refining process used in nickel production at its Copper Cliff refinery.

Mining in Ontario requires consultation and partnership, it requires working WITH First Nations and Treaty Rights Holders. It concerns me that Minister Lecce would not share the estimated budget for the vital work to be done by the Indigenous Consultation and Partnership Branch.

Premier Ford is a jobs disaster. Telecommunications workers from USW1944 are going to lose their jobs Friday when Rogers/Ericsson offshores their work. Workers reached out to Ford for help, and ZERO response. The Premier needs to protect good Ontario jobs- it's time to act!
