Trump says in a speech tonight: “One year ago our country was dead. We were absolutely dead. Our country was ready to fail. Totally fail. Now we’re the hottest country anywhere in the world. And that’s said by every single leader I’ve spoken to over the last five months.”

One of the major differences between Trump's first and second term is how much in his second term his policies are hurting working class people directly. Please check out this important @amprog analysis. https://t.co/RXHtH8lwLO

The evidence is clear: Donald Trump's politically-motivated Justice Department is LYING to federal judges. That changes the way our courts work. Read more: https://t.co/FC5PgYHRmD

This is some of the best political news I've seen in a very long time. There's a clear a way to end Citizens United by changing state incorporation laws - and now luminaries in both parties are forcing a vote on it in the 2026 election.

Whoever in the Speaker’s office thought this appearance was a good idea, bless your heart. Another absolutely brutal media hit for Johnson.

The Trump administration is making it easier for oil and gas companies to get away with corruption and fraud–and wasting taxpayer dollars while they’re at it. Read more ➡️

Despite a professed dedication to cutting waste and inefficiency, the Trump administration has turned a blind eye to an exceptionally wasteful area of the federal government: the oil and gas program.

Intimidating companies and demanding they pay millions of dollars to avoid government retaliation is not normal. We shouldn’t accept the office of the presidency being leveraged as a weapon against the media. @senadamschiff explains:

.@SenAdamSchiff is right. What we’re seeing take place across the country–families ripped apart, communities divided, racial profiling greenlit by judges–is not who we should strive to be as a nation.

Disagreement, even strong disagreement, is a vital part of a thriving democracy. Violence is not. It is incumbent on all of us to vehemently reject the rising tide of political violence at every level.

We must reject the rhetoric of vengeance, and instead focus on the work of healing.   Censorship – using the long arm of government to silence people, businesses, and nonprofits and restrict their right to free speech – will not solve this problem. https://t.co/l3ZdBBzlB8

people got mad when i said men look bad in these shirts, regardless of build, but i'm right. if you're forced to wear one, you at least need a tailored jacket to make it look halfway good. but even then, you are always better off wearing something else.
