Although the Digital Markets Bill is now unlikely to make it through, the intention was to legislate to ban this kind of practice. I still think it's in breach of the Consumer Rights Act. Might expect it from the Spectator but not the NE. What do you think @campbellclaret?

I used to love @TheAA_UK but it has gone down the tubes in recent years. Private equity investors have stripped it back. Sat on the side of the M23 with 2 kids in what they describe as a dangerous location for three hours today. And we were on the high priority list
