Energy efficiency forming a core part of Canada's climate change plans is a great thing, and benefits all Canadians.
Some energy efficiency perspectives on Canada’s new climate plan (thread). The added $1.5 billion for municipal efficiency, brings total annual avg investments for home retrofits, CIB, municipal to $1.5 billion/year. That is more than doubling current provincial expenditures.
