When I was 20, I hoped my anxiety would be gone by the time I was 30. When I was 30, I hoped my anxiety would be gone by the time I was 40. Now that I’m almost 50, I don’t expect it to disappear. I just expect to keep using the tools I’ve developed every time it shows back up.
