We added a "How'd you hear about us?" step to @superwall's onboarding some months ago. The number of people who choose ai is growing each week, reinforcing the importance of optimizing your content for llms. This i expected. Something i didn't expect: 2-3x higher onboarding.

When @bryandubno left @Superwall i was really bummed about it. I think i asked him to come back every quarter for like 2 years now. He left in pursuit of his real dream, to get his own app off the ground. He dilly dallied for a bit, but IMO hit some serious gold…. Jetback is

I really hate to say it but .- liquid glass tab bar / search combo is SO over animated, distracting and unintuitive.- messages nav bar is overly clunky, takes up too much vertical space and doesn’t feel unified.- new keyboard gives me the ick. Turning off key previews by default.
