When Major PN Modak, OC, Charlie Company of 1/8 Gorkha Rifles successfully took out his troops from Hot Springs to Chushul in 1962, his troops gifted him this muffler made out of parachute's thread.

@jai_samota I have done this LRP from Phobrang to Ane La, Shilunga La, Hot Springs in mid 90s… my father was there in mid 60s. Those times were really hard… even 90s compared to what infra we have today.
