If everything depends on you, you don’t have a business. You've built a bottleneck. You have to build good teams AND systems so that your business can grow beyond you.

Running in Chennai at sunrise is powerful. It’s a chance to soak up the city’s vibe while ticking off another country on my Strava app. I saw many people out early hours on a Sunday morning, from little ones doing karate to grandparents out for a stroll. Quite refreshing to see

Incorrect coverage in ET today about my bio-hacking venture. At MerakiLabs we are pursuing many ideas and prototypes and that’s what makes it fun! Ben Greenfield is an amazing guy, deeply knowledgeable about bio-hacking space and a good friend. We had a great podcast discussion

If there's one piece of advice I can give to aspiring entrepreneurs, it's this: embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, surround yourself with a supportive network, believe in yourself, & never give up on your dreams. #EntrepreneurAdvice #ThinkBig

Building a business also requires perseverance. There were moments when it felt like everything was falling apart, giving up seemed like the easiest option. But I reminded myself of my purpose and the impact I wanted to create. That drive kept me going, even in the toughest times

One of the biggest challenges I encountered was the fear of failure. The fear of taking risks & stepping into the unknown can be daunting. But I realised that failure is not the end; it's a stepping stone to success. Embracing failure as a learning opportunity was a game-changer.

Like many entrepreneurs, I started my journey with a vision and a burning passion for my business idea. But along the way, I faced numerous obstacles that tested my resolve. There were times when I doubted myself and questioned if I had what it takes to make it. #SelfDoubt
