im a firm believer that communal efforts can dream of futures that are greater than the sum of any individuals goals,and thats a core part of the reason why im even still here...choosing to continue to try to build maid closet in a world that wants most of what i care about dead.

my DMs are open on this account if youd like to send ur region + projects/goals u have if i can help. some of the best parts about doing this work is connecting ppl with shared interests,and ive been trying to catalogue what ppl are hoping for so i can work them into the roadmap.

while the rest of this year is moreso stuff that ppl will remember adjacent to maid closet in 2019, next year we'll be expanding into new art spaces that ive been working towards supporting for years. i work 2-3 jobs nowadays,so i should have enough in the tank to give it my all.

it meant a lot that in one of the first meetings with aniclover that adjusting the ticket amount/capacity for the comfort/safety of femme attendees was a consideration that was brought up unprompted too.

eternally grateful to kara, jale, avarix, syntho, and jkao for giving me the time to still try again and putting up with the anxious ass mess of a person that i am. also grateful to everyone that still put up with me DMing them about maid closet ideas after 6 years of NOTHING lol

there is a special kind of hope that is made when surrounded by people doing everything they can to make things work with what they have. with all of the good and bad that life has to offer, a better future is only possible if ppl choose to keep dreaming and working towards one.

"to a place for the future." i still want to give my life trying to build what that warmth beyond the horizon looks like. its going to take me a bit longer, but i promise im devoted to working as hard as i can to at least getting that journey started for those who come after me.

im sorry to everyone i have let down along the way and for taking so long. we have about a years worth of projects in the oven now, including the return of TransMission next pride month🤞 while not everyone is still around, i hope i can honor that belief and trust placed in me.
