I am a sinner. Straight up. And even with that, God still loves me and gives me grace. How amazing is that? So many people hold on to regret. So many people hold on to shame. Wrongdoings in our lives shouldn’t be a flex. We shouldn’t try to “outsin” people before we are

Your team is out there. And no, I’m not talking about the one you used to play for. I’m talking about the family. The friends. The community of likeminded people. For so long when I left baseball, I thought that I was above any kind of club or social group or new activity.

I am incredibly Sorry. To the men I’ve coached. To the people I was responsible for. To the ones who trusted me with their time, effort, and growth. I’m sorry for the moments I wasn’t fully present. I’m sorry for the times I led with frustration instead of patience. For being

Everyone’s goals suck. “I want to get healthier” “I want to be more present” Imagine the video game you were playing had one of the objectives as “be nicer to people” Worst game of all time! Get specific. Gamify. Watch life get exciting.

I don’t drink I don’t “party” (by normie definition, but I do party in a Jesus focused sense now) Turn my eyes from sin But I still reminisce on the Jersey Shore Springsteen cover band I saw two years ago. Need to go back.

An emotional day. Yesterday Zach called me and expressed that he'd be willing to defer his bib to me to run the Charleston half, an event that I thought I wasn't going to be here for. Zach has been battling some injuries and hasn’t been able to run the last month or so, but him

I was still training for “sports performance” LONG after I played my last competitive game. The end result was an altruistic mindset, isolation and vain towards things I’d never actually tried. Then I got into endurance sports and discovered that I wasted most of my time trying

Progress loves persistence. The more you show up for the boring stuff, the more enjoyable the fun stuff gets. It’s easier. It flows. It makes sense. Because you put in the hours required to reap the benefits of the end result. You MUST put in the time if you want the results.

I tried to backflip without a spotter, slipped on the jump, and landed on my arm. My throwing arm. I had to shift into drive with my left hand. I couldn’t pick up my phone. Couldn’t even hold a spoon. I was a week out from playing for the Savannah Bananas and the tool that

Do not sleep on tennis athletes, some of the most athletic & mentally resilient sportsmen. To be able to blend endurance with speed & power back to back to back, when you’re the only one in the arena makes them some of the best performers on the planet.

Selling my Daylight DC-1 computer. It’s a fantastic tool. I simply don’t use it enough. It retails in the upper 700s but I will sell for much lower. Shoot me a DM if interested.

All the best Athletes, Businessmen, Artists etc. Reject retirement DAILY. They keep the engine churning. They maintain the pursuit of life, not of sport. They anchor their identity in something other than themselves and they answer the call to SERVE. But they also realize

I didn’t automatically gain friends in a new city overnight. I sought answers from God, and THEN he delivered my tribe. He won’t work in your life until you GET to work seeking him. Get out of your comfort zone. Find your people.

Dive into the word. Get after it with the fellas (and fellets). Make a banger breakfast. Hop into some work. Lower lift. Moar gr8 food. Been struggling with prioritizing the things I say yes to lately and doing what needs to be done for me to answer Gods callings to me as a
