@DeanGagaKennedy It felt more like Resident Evil Revelations 3 than a main entry point with how much it pushed towards long running connections, plot twists and setups for the future honestly.

Miranda was better than Zeno I have said it. RE8 is better than RE9 I have said it. Like they had everything returning to RC , Leon being back , cool looking Victor Gideon, good voice acting for him, how could they fumble 😭.
mother miranda had such a cool character design and somehow had even less screentime than fucking zeno

"Best visually designed RE villain" For me it feels like a cheap copy of Wesker outfit from RE5. Victor stole the show for me. Such a wasted potential, wished he would have been the villain the whole game, than that cheap Wesker clone.
Whatever we think of Zeno one thing we have to admit is his design was fantastic. He's definitely one of the best visually designed RE villains.

It's really hard for me to say this cause I have literally tried to play all the original games before this new game and was so hyped, but this is all so true 😭🙏
I have to be honest - Resident Evil 9 was a massive disappointment. They turned Spencer, easily the most evil figure in the RE universe, into some sort of redeemable character, and Wesker 2.0, who should have been a powerhouse, barely gets any development before being killed

My theory is they had it in mind to have a snake boss fight, but they were running out of time during development and had some deadlines. Creating Snake model in RE engine would took them too much time , so they just copy pasted Nemesis model from RE3R and changed it a little bit
I think Victor as a Nemesis boss fight was just a bad move, he should've mutated into a snake, that would be just cool af. The entire design about him just speaks a SNAKE, look at his tongue in first photo and then his hands. I am not sure why they decided to go with a Nemesis.

I thought they would brought him back cause of the mold or something , cause it was teased at Village that he was studying mold with Miranda before RE1, so they could connect on that

way, I thought he would return as villain again in this game, I really didn't think the "requiem for the dead" would be Spencer's redemption, it felt so random 🤣

They made this game's plot so confusing and created so many plotholes then it need to be, they could have just made the plot around Alyssa's murder and have Grace search for answers and involve Connections the whole game, I mean I really thought Spencer would return but not this

That's why I wanted her in RE9 with Leon they would be such an insane duo now after all these years, both so experienced and badass, missed opportunity Capcom 😭.

I will never forgive Capcom for this , they mentioned Claire in the recap for RE9 video, and she didn't even cameo or just wasn't mentioned in this game 😭. But still she deserved some cameo at least.

the popularity and it was more of a marketing strategy , like the better way would be to make this game only Grace game or just Leon solo sendoff fanservice game , where you would have other returning characters and it would be at least a proper fanservice then what it was in RE9

Yeah like they had many opportunities to bring back Claire with him in this game or Ada to give us some closure on their relationship, I mean I liked his jokes here and some of sad moments him renembering RC and what he went through but I feel like they brought Leon here just for
Nobody is ready to have the conversation that Leon S Kennedy deserved better than recycled fan service, it's first original Game back since RE6 but the developers was remake asset brained and fans will eat anything up.
