I often try to stay as close to my natural sober state as possible Will opt for some caffeine & nicotine at times but not very frequently Has given me a tremendous amount of mental clarity & increased my energy levels a ton Intuition comes from a healthy gut & clear mind

I genuinely feel bad for the men sucked into hookup culture I am 20 years old & have been with the same woman for 6 years Some people call it crazy or say I'm "missing out" but I genuinely would not ant it any other way Lifelong growth side by side is so meaningful

at 15 I was prescribed SSRI's I wish I could go back & tell lil bro to focus on the natural solutions instead lifting weights spending time outdoors real human connection whole foods (& protein ofc) a few simple steps & i could have avoided all that damage (I'm retarded now)

I'm not one for over optimization, but I have realized a solid morning routine can make or break your entire day Here's mine: Make bed & pray Pushups till failure Hydrate w a salt based electrolyte follow this with some morning pages or exercise Simple, yet effective
