This is the same misleading rhetoric that was trotted out last time Hegseth cracked down on the media. The press isn’t objecting to wearing a badge. And the Pentagon is an office building with a food court and a gift shop…that has some secure areas…where press don’t go.
The “press” does not run the Pentagon — the people do. The press is no longer allowed to roam the halls of a secure facility. Wear a badge and follow the rules — or go home.
