Had a very productive bullpen today 10/15. Working on increasing the intensity of the pitches while still throwing with control. My fastball got up to 76 today, increasing in velocity. Excited for the Eastern camp this weekend! @TotalArmCare @NHLionsBaseball #uncommitted

Good high intent pen 10/8. Worked on coiling a tiny bit into my backside, while still drifting down slope. I also worked on raising my glove by a few inches. Fastball went from 72 to 74 with good sink, from the adjustments. Excited to keep working! @TotalArmCare @NHLionsBaseball
