Yeah 😁 my first running medal #AHPsActive managed 24 miles but opted to do 15 in the month so win win 😃

Great job Abi, so pleased you could represent us and those we have lost at this level ❤️.
It was an honour to be invited today and to remember those we lost! I am extremely proud of the staff at Woodlands Hospital and all our staff across @GMMH_NHS for their ongoing support! The relatives & loved ones of our service users also took a lot of comfort from the memorial❤.

Why does social media leave me feeling inadequate?? After mental health awareness week/ be kind, we should all be saying “we are enough” not comparing ourselves to others. Well done everyone for making it through another week a smile may have made all the difference this week 🥰.
