Some time ago, I had the idea to port parts of Easy Effects to #Qt. Quite glad I didn't have the time to even start. The #EasyEffects developers had already been working on it for a while. And they released the #KDE #Kirigami-based version! Awesome! https://t.co/fnGH0hrrRC

One of the core learnings for me from Meeting C++ 2025 was when James McNellis showed that bool has 3 not two possible values. Thats its not just true and false, but can also be undefined/not initialized.

A nicely written introduction to the world of latency. Quite easy to read, I could see it used as a main source for a university course on the topic. https://t.co/mx2Jm5hoGB

Wow! This is something I wanted to have in #KDE Plasma for ages now. Even wanted to reimplement Lancelot just to have a launcher with keyboard navigation hints like these in it

This year at /the/ European C++ conference - @meetingcpp, I'll be giving an unusual talk about the strange things you can use the C++ #coroutines for. I'll be #punkrock and not add a slide about what chat GPT thinks coroutines are. :) https://t.co/QIXWkP2f4B

Coroutines were touted as one of the most important features of C++20, and we had many talks to watch and blog posts to read about how they work internally and how to customize them and implement our...

#Mozilla #Thunderbird has come a long way since I last tried it. I've been using #KDE #KMail for decades now, and had a few days breakage due to running the development version, during which I set up TB as a fallback. Looks much nicer than it used to, DAV integration works...
