3/ The biggest lesson? YC invests in teams, not just ideas. - They know you'll likely pivot (we did twice). Show them you're exceptionally ambitious, technically capable, and can execute fast. - I got rejected 5 times before getting in. Each application taught us something.

2/ My advice for first-time applicants: - Apply every batch. Each application makes you sharper - Answer questions briefly first, then expand - Focus on making something people want, not hacking the process - Use iPG for interview practice - Get mock interviews from YC alumni
