This is an interesting one. Legence is filing for an IPO that will value the company at up to $2.95B. So what is it? It’s essentially an HVAC company that focuses on technically demanding buildings like data centers. Nearly 40% of its backlog and awarded contracts for projects.

REMINDER: Gen. Guetlein (head of Golden Dome) was given 60 days to deliver a blueprint for the entire system to Pentagon leaders. That was back on July 22nd. Less than 3 weeks until we get a clearer picture of Golden Dome. Updates should arrive the week of Sept 22nd. $RKLB
