Some notes from our pizza parties. -the fire in the oven needs to go for an hour atleast b4 cookin. A digital temp gun is very handy. Goal is to get the bottom bricks as hot as possible -WFs will give you dough if ask the pizza cook -Trilly Cheesesteaks made this all possible

Delivery food apps are bad for many reasons. One not often considered is that they will go fully vertical soon and leverage the data they have/are collecting from New Orleans restaurants. Reading the reviews of the current ghost kitchens. I don’t think ppl will care.
