Our #Itilian @‌DennisDekkers embodying #JustDoIt! To understand how an industrial oven works, he worked a night shift at a local artisan bakery. Based on the experience, the idea arose to focus on the proving cabinet as a digital bakery solution. The result: “the smart proofer”.

#Sustainability: mid September the #SDGactionweek takes place. In light of that, we had organized a lunch lecture about with @‌4x4electric - a trip from North to South Africa in a regular electric car with solar panels for charging, to show that sustainable travel is possible.

#CrossPollination. For the AMF Sustainable Oven Service, @‌DennisDekkers worked with industrial bakery Wouter de Graaf to reduce energy spend on the oven by 26%. This let to an introduction with Bort de Graaf, for discussing saving energy in heatpumps with our AI-solution EnTune.
