Complementary technologies: Looking beyond greenhouse gas emissions, chemical and #mechanicalrecycling show different strengths in different applications of their technology for reducing resource consumption and pollution, & need to work together to complement each other.

Always be thinking of the end market: Downcycling for the sake of it doesn't add value to the economy, there should be a demand and circular plan for products made from #mechanicalrecycling processes. #plasticrecycling

We have three main takeaways, first: Food contact packaging: Chemical recycling solves the current gap in circular recycling of food contact plastic packaging. With mechanical recycling, only downcycling is permitted due to odours and colours. #plasticrecycling
