This study was conceived and led by @israsantoscoy a former postdoctoral fellow in the lab. Miguel used his bioengineering experience to take a new innovative approach to improve our extracellular vesicle AAV (EV-AAV) system.

Super excited to share our #preprint! One of my main postdoc projects 🚀, MC5 and AAV gene therapy vector targeting #microglia 🧠. This moves us forward in targeted gene delivery and brings hope for smarter gene therapies to tackle #neurodegeneration someday 🤞💡.
