haven’t left the house without eating breakfast first in so long and I’m gonna have to do it tomorrow morning and I’m actually terrified, this is so weird because I literally used to sob at the thought of having to eat breakfast before leaving home at around this time last year.

trying to convince myself that it’s okay to just be average and not thin, that it’s okay to have a normal healthy body just like most people, but I’m genuinely tormented by the image I see in the mirror and it’s genuinely so difficult to handle. why do I not like my healthy self?.

fuckass brain telling me to skip breakfast tomorrow because I’m going to eat out with my parents, I’m so tired of this, does it ever stop? I feel like I should be doing so much better mentally by this point in recovery but it just feels like the voice is growing louder every day.
