This #feasibility study allowed us to identify potential implementation problems, and update our plans before we progressed to a #cluster #RandomisedControlledTrial

We found that: ✅Delivery of the MaTI is feasible ✅All progression criteria met ✅Refinements were necessary to overcome barriers, and strengthen delivery of all components of the intervention

Thank you to all the patients and staff who took part 🙏31 patients were recruited across three sites 🙏18 staff and 18 patients took part in interviews 🙏19 patients returned questionnaires.

We assessed the feasibility of implementing a #ComplexIntervention - Medicines at Transitions Intervention (MaTI) Pre-defined criteria were used to determine if the intervention components could be delivered; were acceptable to patients and staff; and if refinements were needed
