Finally, Mussab, Watterman the two next most serious campaigns have no mention of RTC. Watterman was council president when RTC passed and that it isn’t mentioned says how little she thinks of it to this day.

Next in terms of efficacy is @jim_mcgreevey’s copycat plan for a tenant advocacy unit that’s unclesr whether it would represent tenants in court like RTC would. Also unclear if McG would just ignore the already passed legislation

For NBC, I looked at non-white voters in the NJ gov race. Dems were hurt by extremely low turnout in majority-nonwhite areas in the '21 Gov race - a reason Phil Murphy nearly lost. Then in '24 Trump won major new nonwhite support, especially in majority-Hispanic areas: more↓
