Despite raising complaints on AirSewa (JP036123, HY581300, DN073042), @flyspicejet denied compensation and closed the matter saying “final response sent.” But how is that valid without showing the medical proof?.

We urge @DGCAIndia and @MoCA_GoI to look into this. Either the waiver applies to all qualifying bookings — or SpiceJet must clarify if it’s restricted to only certain booking channels (which wasn’t mentioned in the advisory).
