⠀ the thought of more people on watch made him breathe a sigh of relief. it doesn't lower their chances to zero, but it'd significantly lower the chances of anything happening to grover at least. ⠀

⠀ clarisse keeps quiet, watching percy react. frankly, she felt her heart rushing with slight anxiety. she knew what percy was capable of, it isn't something she would like to underestimate at all. it can be fatal. ⠀
⠀ percy doesn't put much of a fight, though it was unsurprising considering his current state. he listens, partly looking like a scolded child, the other looking like he's going to burst.
