My last startup was easier to pitch. More consensus, less friction. VCs invest in maybe 10 companies a year out of thousands. And you only need 1 yes. You need conviction, not consensus. I’ll take 99 “nightmare” reactions and 1 “yes” over 100 “interesting.”

Everyone's focused on Anthropic + Bun = faster Claude Code. What also becomes possible: when you own the model AND the runtime, you can build toward software that adapts as it runs, not just software that gets written faster.
