If the in-flight experience with @JetBlue wasn't so good, I would not do business with them because their customer support, website, and app really suck. Also, voting for them as having the worst hold music. It's like they want you to hang up.

First time flying @JetBlue, and I will NEVER fly with them again. Never. These people are rude and snarky and def need to not be working with the public. Terrible.

@baker_girlie @GreatHambin0 @Delta @united @AmericanAir @SouthwestAir @SpiritAirlines @JetBlue I’ve had to fly recently to visit my parents and the last time I flu was in 2015 and boy do plane suck now the first class seats are almost as narrow as what JetBlue seats were in economy like when I flew in 2015 I usually drive from Arizona to Massachusetts to visit my parents.

We just came back from Japan and not a few minutes into the flight, 2 of the male stewardesses couldn’t wait to display their rudeness and unprofessionalism. I’ll never fly @americanair again, despite being a +20 year AA Rewards member.

@baker_girlie @JetBlue did this to me also. Flew with my grandson in my lap. Return trip they took me off the flight and told me he needed a ticket. Bought the ticket and waited 6 hours for another flight. Oh and my grandson is special needs.

@JetBlue Hello, can somebody please DM me directly? I went into my travel bank to use $1500 worth of credits that you have now expired. This was $1500 of flights. I never took. I called customer service. They said nothing could be done. Thank you.

@JetBlue flight 130 from Ft. Meyers to JFK your stewardess, Chanda (or something like that) no name tag SUCKS! If you don’t like your job girl, find another! People like you are the worst and Rudeness won’t get you far.

@JetBlue If I pay extra to sit in the 2nd row and am in group a I should be able to put my bag above me or at least nearby. The flight attendants should enforce the rules that the space is reserved for even more customers
