‼️While trying to drink from a backyard koi pond, this senior cat fell into the icy water and emerged into below-freezing temperatures. We rushed her to the vet where they triaged her to raise her body temperature before she was fully hypothermic. PAYPAL INBIO PLEASE DONATE 🙏

Imposter and Braveheart are the last two remaining cats of the Franklin Street colony in Greenpoint - the colony we consider the ‘birthplace’ of Greenpoint! (Not pictured is Misia - a cat we relocated to the colony who keeps a low profile bc she hates the pawpurrazzi).

Axl & Rose were left in a box in McCarren park earlier this winter and the first thing we noticed after their rescue was their eyelid deformities - a congenital condition. The estimate for treatment is around $1500/each. Fundraiser Link Inbio Please donate 🙏

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED urgently for the colony on Lombardy Street in Greenpoint - very close to the Kosciusko bridge. Between 10-12 cats will be left without a feeder as of this Friday, February 11th, when Beata, their main caretaker, will no longer be working on site. PAYPAL INBIO.

🚨Hope” was found this morning. Filthy and emaciated and clinging to life. He has tags but the owner is so far unreachable. He is on the way to the vet and I am en route to meet him there. Please send hope for Hope. We are getting crushed with medical bills. Donations needed.

Being a skeered kitten, newly plucked from the cold winter streets, can be so exhausting. It’s that time of the winter ... when we’re taking in kittens who are a little older and a lot feistier (but still need their zzzzz). This kitten arrived yesterday and she needs help.

Don’t let Scotty beam up! This tiny, emaciated boy from an industrial lumber yard in Brooklyn was too weak and dehydrated to stand. He’s hospitalized the vet —and he’s putting up a good fight. We try to save the fundraising for the real whoppers. PAYPAL INBIO PLEASE DONATE.

Their names are July and August. Named for the month they were rescued in (July) and the month in which we hope to see them happy, healthy and adopted (August). Are we optimists? Yes. Please help us make it a reality! They are not related but they became bonded in their journey!
